Healing through Music, Education and Wellness

I am Shariee from Memphis, Tennessee. I am a Life Coach, Theologian, Journalist and Singer-Songwriter and Publisher. I earned a Doctorate in Counseling from Liberty University. I chose the concentration Traumatology because I believe that I can serve my community well in that field. I also believe that the research that I have done could enhance our academic community by promoting natural healthy alternatives for good mental and physical health.

I have studied music, journalism, theology, education and counseling practices from several learning institutions. I have a Bachelor degree in Journalism and a Master degree in Consumer Science Education/Business Administration from The University of Memphis. I also have a Bachelor degree in Theological and Biblical Studies from Barclay College. I am interested in expanding my musicianship to help create a counseling and wellness program during and after receiving my degree from Liberty University.

I have certifications in Domestic Violence for Dating Matters and Public Safety Measures from The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention. I also have several certifications in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder from The United States Veteran Affairs. I have worked with Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD under Civilian Orders as a Spiritual Advisor and Non-Medical Assistant under the Wounded Warrior Project. I have also done work with complimentary medicine and nutritional plans for active soldiers.

As a Life Coach, I received a certification in Music Wellness from Harvard’s University Extended School in partnership with Berklee College of Music and a certification in Transitional Military Life Coaching from a Scotland Veteran under an Achology foreign program. The training and skills would help me to promote wellness and safety through my ministry Model Definition Interfaith and build my company Divine Army. Outside of my ministry and my emerging company Divine Army LLC, I worked part-time for a science museum. I received a certification from Harvard University Extended School in Super Earths and Life Science to enhance my work skills at my former part-time job in order to serve our clients and tourists better.

I’ve studied all of these things because I believe in healing the people in our world. I love working alone on projects as well as with teams. I would love to partner with others and use my resources that I have learned throughout the years. My plans after this doctoral program will be to develop a counseling program built on the Word of God, be very creative and use music with all the skills I have learned. My skills are beneficial to our world, to your company, and to my future clients because I care about others’ growth, healing and reaching goals.
